Partners share a referral code. The people they send get money off, every paid order lands on the partner’s ledger, and the partner chooses how to be paid for it.

How it runs
- When a referral counts
- When the buyer’s payment clears — not when the order is placed. Until then it shows on your ledger as awaiting payment; an order that expires, is cancelled or is refunded in full drops off.
- When a bigger discount wins
- Buyers get whichever discount is larger — your code or a vial-stack tier or sale. The referral still earns for you either way, on what the buyer actually paid.
- When your code is left off
- Send us the order number. We can attribute the sale to you afterwards, and the buyer gets the discount they missed as store credit.
- Your codes
- Your own wording (or one we mint), up to the number of slots on your account. Retire one any time and it stops working at checkout immediately.
- Cash or credit
- Your choice, switchable from your dashboard. A switch applies to referrals from then on; anything already earned keeps the basis it was earned on.
- Your own orders
- A code never earns on its owner’s purchases — it simply won’t apply at your own checkout.
Who we approve
People who already talk to a Canadian research audience — lab staff, educators, writers, community moderators, creators. A person reads every application; reach matters less than whether your audience trusts you. You’ll need a Valtrax account to apply.
