How you get paid
Cash or credit — your call
Earnings land in your account as credit the moment a referred order is confirmed. Spend it at checkout on any order, against any payment method. This is the default.
Earnings accrue against your account and are paid out monthly by Interac e-Transfer once the referred orders clear.
Your exact discount, commission, and store-credit percentages are set when we approve your application, and they are visible in your account dashboard at all times.
Questions
What does my code give the customer?
A percentage off their order. We set that percentage when we approve you, and it applies automatically at checkout — the customer just enters the code.
How many codes can I have?
As many as your cap allows. Every affiliate gets a ceiling on active codes so the discount surface stays manageable; deactivating a code frees a slot. Ask us if you need the cap raised for a specific campaign.
Does my code stack with the bulk discounts?
No. The customer gets whichever is larger — your affiliate code or the Vial Stack tier their cart qualifies for. Your commission is calculated on the order total either way.
When does an order count?
Once payment on it is confirmed. You can watch every referred order, its total, and what you earned on it from the affiliate tab in your account.
Who can apply?
Researchers, lab staff, educators, and creators reaching a Canadian research audience. We read every application and do not approve everyone.
