Transit windows are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is handed to Canada Post, delays from the carrier, weather, or other outside events fall outside our control.
Fulfilment
From Checkout to Label
- Orders are picked Monday to Friday, less Canadian statutory holidays
- An order does not enter fulfilment until payment is fully confirmed
- On e-Transfer orders, your stock is reserved for 60 minutes after checkout
- A dispatch email with tracking lands once the label is generated
- Orders are billed and shipped by VALTRAX; your statement reads VALTRAX

What Ships, How
- The outer box is plain — neutral labels, no product names or branding on the exterior
- Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds hold at room temperature through normal domestic transit, so no cold chain is needed
- Every order includes its independent Janoshik certificate, matching the record published on the product page
- A packing slip or invoice is enclosed, billed under VALTRAX
Address
Get the Address Right
- The delivery address is yours to verify at checkout — read it back before you place the order
- A parcel returned to us on a bad address may carry a re-ship fee
- We do not accept unauthorized returns
- Caught an address slip after ordering? Tell us at once — we can only amend it before the label prints

Research materials cannot be taken back once they leave us, so there are no returns or exchanges.
Damaged or wrong order
If a parcel arrives damaged or holds the wrong product, email hello@valtraxresearch.com with your order number and we put it right.
≥99% Purity Floor
Every compound is verified by Janoshik Analytical, an independent third-party lab, and must read ≥99% purity before it ships. If a result ever comes back under that floor, the call is yours — and you do not have to ask. We open the resolution ourselves.
