Where It Goes

Name, delivery address, and contact go to Canada Post to run the domestic shipment.
Payment provider
Payment details are handled by our processor; full card numbers stay off our servers. Your statement reads VALTRAX.
Fulfilment system
Order data flows into the fulfilment platform operated by VALTRAX.
Email service
Contact details reach approved mail providers strictly for order correspondence.
Analytics
De-identified usage may run through analytics tooling to gauge site performance.
Valtrax group
Data may move within the Valtrax operating group, every part of it bound by this policy.

Safeguards

  • Traffic between your browser and this site travels over SSL/TLS
  • Payment data runs through our processor; full card numbers are never written to Valtrax Research servers
  • Internal systems talk server-to-server over signed, authenticated API calls
  • Order and customer records are reachable only by authorized staff

Retention Windows

Order records
Held at least 7 years for tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
Account data
Kept while the account is open, plus a reasonable window after closure.
Support threads
Retained 2 years past the close of the inquiry.
Analytics
Kept only in aggregated, de-identified form.

Cookies

The site sets cookies and related markers to hold your session, remember choices, and read how visitors move through it.

Essential
The site will not run without them; they cannot be switched off.
Analytics
De-identified signals on visits, session length, and general patterns.
Functional
Hold preferences such as cart contents and session state.
