Yes. Open the verification record first. Every certificate carries a Janoshik reference you can verify on their portal directly — confirm the numbers on your side, not on ours.

Vials, Storage & Handling
Lyophilized powder, sealed under vacuum in a glass vial. Dry storage keeps the material stable until you reconstitute it at the bench.
Hold lyophilized vials at −20°C for long-term storage. After reconstitution, keep at 2–8°C and use within the window noted on the verification record.

Canada only. Most orders leave within one business day by Canada Post Xpress, typically 1–2 days domestic, with tracking and plain, unbranded packaging. Xpress shipping is free over $200.
No. Because these are research materials, every sale is final and we cannot accept returns. If a shipment arrives damaged or wrong, contact support and we will sort it out.
