Verification & Certificates
Janoshik Analytical, an independent third-party lab. We do not verify our own material — their result is the one you get, and it reaches you by email when the order goes out.
Identity by mass spectrometry, purity by RP-HPLC at ≥99%, and net peptide content — measured on the lot you hold, not on a representative sample.
Yes. Every certificate carries a Janoshik reference you can enter on their portal directly, so the result comes back to you from the lab rather than from us.
It is emailed to you with the order, tied to the lot in that shipment. If the email goes astray, send the desk your order number and we will resend it.
Vials, Storage & Handling
Lyophilized powder, sealed under vacuum in a glass vial. Dry storage keeps the material stable until you reconstitute it at the bench.
Hold lyophilized vials at −20°C for long-term storage. After reconstitution, keep at 2–8°C and use within the window noted on the certificate for your lot.
Pricing, Payment & Delivery
Yes. Interac e-Transfer takes 5% off the order.
Canada only. Most orders leave within one business day by Canada Post Xpress, typically 1–2 days domestic, with tracking and plain, unbranded packaging. Xpress shipping is free over $400.
No. Because these are research materials, every sale is final and we cannot accept returns. If a shipment arrives damaged or wrong, contact support and we will sort it out.
